About the event

Care4Parents is provided by 22q Minded Australia and subsidised by 22q Foundation Australia and New Zealand. The program is dedicated to supporting parents facing the unique challenges of raising children with 22q Deletion/Duplication. 22q Minded's tailored psychoeducational program introduces the principles of mindful parenting, providing opportunities for self-reflection and sharing experiences with others.

Throughout our journey together, we'll explore various themes commonly encountered in the intricate landscape of parenting, with a special focus on the experience of parenting a child with 22q. We understand that your path encompasses not only caregiving but also self-discovery and resilience.  At Care4Parents, our mission is to empower you with knowledge, tools, and unwavering support as you navigate this journey with courage and compassion. Join us as we foster a sense of strength and unity, embracing both the joys and challenges of parenting in this community.
